  XIV.How To Baptize In Time of Need
     Anyone with the use of reason may baptizein time of need, but the same person must say the words while pouring thewater. Pour plain water on the forehead of the one to be baptized, as you say: "I baptize thee in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the HolyGhost."
